The BeSolution group runs holiday rentals in Viseu — Bemyguest, five units in the historic centre. It was for those units that we built the first fast website, the first AI concierge and the first commission-free direct booking. Only once it worked at home did we start offering the same to other owners. That is why every proposal of ours comes with proof you can visit.

The concierge only does what you decide: it answers from the manual you approved, with your rules and your prices — and when the answer is not there, it hands over to you instead of making something up.
The booking belongs to the host
We work for the direct, commission-free booking. Platforms become a choice — not a rent.
Structural honesty
The audit is sold separately, the recommendation comes in writing, and there is no lock-in. You stay with us because the numbers justify it.
