Rock & Dão: a concierge with no desk and no queue.
At the festival's first edition, in Viseu, the official concierge answered the public about tickets, schedules, access and what they could bring — in each person's language, at any hour, at a venue that welcomed over 14,000 people.

An information desk that never closes.
We set up the concierge with the organisers' official information — line-up, schedules, tickets, access, venue rules — and put it at chat.rockedao.pt, in the festival's identity. Every update (official schedules, food, Premium sold out) went into the concierge as soon as it was confirmed.
